Divination Foundation Mission
The mission of the Divination Foundation (DF) is to explore, develop and promote spiritual technologies in order to help people and organizations make conscious strategic decisions and develop better timing — for the sake of greater happiness, better relationships and the collective good.
Vision: A world that is governed with emotional intelligence, where creative freedom is supported and honored.
DF’s mission builds on Paul O’Brien’s body of work—as the inventor of divination software, founder of Tarot.com, author of three books The Visionary I Ching, Divination:Sacred Tools for Reading the Mind of God and Great Decisions, Perfect Timing—The Art of Visionary Decision Making, host of Pathways interviews radio, counselor, minister, meditation teacher, advice columnist and spiritual researcher.
DF furthers knowledge by podcasting worldwide Paul O’Brien’s Pathways interviews with leading experts in the area of personal, cultural and spiritual transformation. Pathways is the KBOO FM weekly radio show serving the state of Oregon that O’Brien has been hosting for over 25 years.
In addition, the Divination Foundation educates based on decades of research on ancient spiritual traditions; advises institutions on how to make more enlightened decisions based on timeless principles; teaches people to attract and manifest their profound desires; and generally supports the greater cultivation of emotional intelligence featuring wisdom, courage and love.

The Founder
Paul O’Brien founded the Divination Foundation in February 2007 shortly after selling the business he had founded ten years earlier — Visionary Networks and its hugely successful Tarot.com website — and resigning as its CEO.
